System Integration
Utiliflex prepayment platform integrates within a utility’s existing billing, financial, MDMS, work-flow, and engineering system infrastructure. Utiliflex provides access to 3rd party payment networks through Utiliflex’s Open API web services.
Training
Utiliflex provides on-site training services throughout the deployment process through a combination of group sessions, individual hands-on training, and a train-the-trainer approach. Utiliflex also seeks to limit the amount of business process disruption by working within the utility’s existing infrastructure as much possible and limiting the number of staff that have to interface directly with the system.
